Career Path
Work in our company is organized according to projects. Every employee has a coach with whom he or she discusses his or her career path and who monitors it. We organize an employee evaluation process every year during which all consultants revise their achievements in the last period. The best ones may count on promotion and a salary raise.
Both career paths start from Junior Consultant.
