Software Upgrade - partial support or complete upgrade of software version/data base, maintaining earlier custom modifications.
Monitoring and systems review - monitoring of systems providing correct functioning and detecting early as possible eventual problems.
Capacity Planning (CP) - determining enviroment, applications and data base load, in order to estimate if and how, the planned change will influence service efficiency. CP process is also used to determine the requisite size of IT infrastructure, required to efficiently fullfill business needs.
System Archiving Strategy - development of an archiving road map and data recovery strategy, adjusted to business requirements and technical capabilities.
