Recruitment Process
Phase 1 – preliminary candidate selection
Recruitment process starts by filling in the online form or sending your CV.
On the basis of the data collected our HR specialists decide, whether to invite you to the next recruitment stage, which comprises of personality and substantial tests.
Phase 2 – recruitment interviews
On the basis of the tests we decide whether you qualified to the recruitment interview phase. At this stage you will meet an HR specialist, manager and your future coach.
If you pass this stage we shall offer you to join our team and present you the work conditions.
Phase 3 – acceptance
After accepting the offer we prepare a contract and other necessary documents. You shall receive appropriate equipment and software. Every new employee takes part in an introduction training concerning working in the Outbox team!
